| Name: Subeam Age: 29 till saturday Class: Mage Lvl: 70 Armory link: Additional information about gear: I have collected some gear solely focussed on getting a bit more stamina, for when dps isn't so much of an issue as staying alive, and i have Night's End with the shadow resistance enchant, along with the Medallion of Karabor. spec: 10/48/3 but seriously considering to try out either 0/40/21 or 2/48/11 which both will be focussed on maximizing dps by using Icy Veins, where the first of them has the extra benefit of Cold Snap, to be able to use Icy Veins even more often (and an extra Ice Block is handy too) Professions: Tailoring 375 / Alchemy 375 (Master Transmuter) Why u chose these professions: Mainly to be able to provide for myself. I used to have herbalism along with alchemy, which was a very nice combination, providing me with free potions aswell as something to sell, but i dropped herbalism at 70 to pick up tailoring for my outfit. Originally i was a frostmage, i have both the Frozen Shadoweave set and the Spellfire set complete. Raid experiance: Ah, the fun part. I have very little raid experience, however i have done full Kara (first time killed Curator with a pug no less), ZA including a timed run, SSC, Kael'thas, Rage Winterchill, Anetheron, Supremus and Shade of Akama. Also i've seen most of MC and AQ40, but both on level 70, so it was more fun and play than actual raiding. Why u want to join eternals: I am looking for a guild where i can have an active raiding spot, and i've been informed by the officers of my current guild that's sadly enough not going to happen there, as they already have 6 active mages, who are better geared and have more experience. I know a couple of people in Eternals, with whom i enjoy playing so when i saw you have an opening for a mage, i decided to give it a shot and hope you'd be willing to give me a shot also. A little about yourself: IRL called Rita, a 29 year old mum of 2 children. Outside WoW i enjoy singing, swimming, playing with my kids and occasionally going out with friends. Inside WoW i enjoy getting lost in instances, falling of waterfalls and begging for BoS. Those who regularly check the realmforums know me as the forumtroll that never seems to sleep and can talk endlessly about nothing...hmm, by the looks of this application, i'd say that much has become obvious already. Should you have any questions regarding my application, feel free to whisper me ingame. |

| As said, there is no raidspot for me there, to be honest the main reason they gave me a trialperiod in the first place had more to do with the friendship i have with members in BRB rather than that they actually needed another mage. I failed the trial, as it has been mainly based upon fights which were first encounters for me, and i was measured up to the other mages present, who obviously outgear me and have seen those fights several times before. All the reading up and watching movies helped alot in preparation of those fights, but it takes a couple of tries to perfect the theory in practice. Simple example: with Jan'alai, i knew i had to run towards him as he's about to start the storm, i died the first time running too close to him...i don't do that anymore. I'll be ingame from 16:00 server time, in case there are more questions. |

| My experiences of Subeam: Really good dps (and shes gotten better gear since then) Extremely motivated Doesnt get emo over loot - good attitude
Considering the amount of trialists weve been taking lately, this one definatly deserves the chance
oh and, /love to subeam ;P

| After everyones message I feel so evil but I guess thats the burden I bear. Subeam I have nothing but praise for you and from everything I see you would be a wonderful addition to Eternals but we have just taken on 3 new trialist mages and they must get priority for now. If they don't pass their trial and you still want us then its thumbs up but for now unfortunatly my hands are tied and I just really cant Rigsby The sleep over queen | |

| No problem, Rigsby. For the moment i'm remaining a social member with BRB, not in the last place because there aren't many options which wouldn't mean a huge step backwards progresswise. A sneaky little evil side of me hopes there will be a spot available soon, but seriously, i wish you good luck with the new trialists you've taken on and with your progress. Be nice to Loken, he's awesome! Oh, and /hug to you, Thesage. ;D |

| Can this application not be reconsidered She was with us last night at ZA and fit perfectly in I think. And she's not suicidal with aoe | |

| The phrase is 'can the application be reconsidered' not 'can the application not be reconsidered' as that implies/infers the negative. |

| People trolling our forums. I take that as a compliment.
On topic: I also vote to invite Subeam to the guild. She knows that she'll be on the backlog where raid spots are concerned and there will always be nights when we're short on mages. In my eyes, a really good applicant should ALWAYS be hired, no matter what. There are not many worthy recruits on the realm, as arrogant as it may sound.
OTOH I can understand Rigbsy fully, as it's not a good idea to imbalance the guild.
In any case, I also hope to see you in the guild sooner or later.

| Tommylee, you are wrong. The words that Vitano said "Can this application not be reconsidered" can be read 2 ways. you read it the wrong way and I pity you. | |

| To the list of bosses killed i can now add Azgalor. As for offering a spot, knowing i'd be on the backlog...i'm sorry, but i don't plan on moving from being social in one guild to being social in the next. Only if there's a raidspot for me, i'd be interested in joining. |

| Hi all from BRB! I just wanted to add a personal vouch regarding the lovely Miss Subeam. Su is one of the nicest, friendliest, most decidicated players I have had the pleasure to meet, and I've been playing WoW for a pretty damned long time now! I am personally very sad that her stay in BRB turned out to be as short as it did - but it's rough getting a mage spot, and I commend her for trying. I think she would be an asset to any guild, and I really hope you guys decide to approve her application. Good luck to you, Su, I'll see you in-game |
